Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate to own end-to-end employee life cycle processes and ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery while partnering with employees, managers and the HR team. You will manage onboarding, employee movements, promotions and offboarding, handle MOM requirements, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.

You will respond to queries and support audits in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of HR Operations experience with hands-on lifecycle exposure.
• Experience in financial services, insurance or banking is preferred.
• Familiarity with MOM regulatory requirements, process controls and audit reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee life cycle transactions, including onboarding, movements, promotions and offboarding.
• Handle work pass administration and leave administration in line with MOM requirements.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and documentation.
• Respond to employee and manager queries professionally and within agreed service levels.
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately, on time and in compliance with policies and employment law.
• Support audit reviews, operational risk management and process controls.
• Drive process improvements, including reporting, automation and HRIS enhancements.
• Prepare HR reports and data extracts for management and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
• Support ad-hoc People Operations projects and initiatives.

A leading financial services organisation is looking for an HR Operations Associate to own end-to-end employee life cycle operations. You will keep people processes accurate, compliant and efficient while partnering closely with employees, managers and the wider HR team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage employee life cycle transactions, including onboarding, employee movements, promotions and offboarding
• Handle work pass administration and leave administration in line with MOM requirements
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and documentation

What You'll Bring
