Job summary

• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and HR data reporting is a plus.
• Meticulous, organized and comfortable handling HR data and documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including appraisal administration, performance moderation logistics, HR data management and system reporting.
• Assist with recruitment and employer branding initiatives, including job advertisements, career fairs and liaison with educational institutions.
• Coordinate interviews by liaising with candidates and hiring managers to arrange schedules and interview logistics.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees, including preparation of employment documents and onboarding materials.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and recruitment events.
• Maintain employee personnel files, HR records and documentation accurately.
• Provide HR system administration and reporting support, including data management and process improvements.
• Assist with other HR operational and administrative duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree qualification
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data validation.
• Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and HR data reporting will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable handling HR data and documentation.
• Independent, resourceful and analytical, with good problem-solving skills.
