The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous data management abilities. You will handle high-volume tasks, maintain confidentiality, and assist with onboarding, offboarding and staff

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including large datasets, basic formulas and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail with organisational and data management skills.
• Able to handle high-volume tasks while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Proactive in identifying discrepancies and resolving data-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire data entries and verify completeness of information and documents.
• Update employee records in myHR for staff movements and contract changes.
• Manage employee data updates for offboarding and resignations.
• Maintain documentation and filing per SLAs.
• Support onboarding and in-service HR teams during peak periods.
• Assist with granting and managing SharePoint access for users.
• Provide coverage for team members on leave and perform ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new hire data entries and verify that all mandatory information and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Update employee records in myHR for staff movements, redesignations, contract extensions and other employment changes.
• Manage employee data updates for offboarding and resignation cases.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support onboarding and in-service HR teams during peak periods to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with granting and managing SharePoint access for users.
• Provide coverage for team members on leave and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
