DESIGNATION: HR Operations Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for research roles.

  • Arrange and manage interview schedules.

  • Conduct pre-screening, background, and reference checks.

  • Ensure completeness of candidate documentation for business unit review.

  • Serve as the key liaison for candidate communications, including offer management

  • Accurately update candidate records in HR Information System

  • Work with the stakeholders to follow up closely on Probation and Confirmation

Service Excellence
  • Deliver HR services in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with the HR Cluster Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements and standardizations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with at least 4 years of experience.

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Recruitment Module is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to manage high-volume transactional work independently.

  • Meticulous, resourceful, and quick to learn.

  • Service-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure.
