Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU) is seeking an HR professional to support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR services across a designated business unit. You will contribute to recruitment, contract renewals, performance management, and HR data accuracy to aid decision-making.

The role involves advising on university policies, collaborating on HR projects with Centres of Excellence, and working with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years experience in HR administration.
• Experience in educational or research environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptable to changing HR needs and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support HRBP in delivering timely HR services within the business unit.
• Assist with recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services.
• Handle contract renewals and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Support performance management cycles and data consolidation.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and prepare HR reports for decision-making.
• Provide HR advisory services on university policies and processes.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence on HR projects.
