Nanyang Technological University in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Operations Support to assist HRBPs in managing a broad range of HR matters within designated business units. The role focuses on HR operations support across faculty or research portfolios.
You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HR data accuracy, policy advisory, recruitment administration, performance management support, and HR projects.
As a key member of the HR team, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) by managing a range of HR matters within the designated business unit(s). The successful candidate may have a focus in supporting HR operations under either the faculty or research portfolio.
