Job summary

A leading HR solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to champion employee welfare and manage the HR lifecycle. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. Bilingual candidates who can speak English and Chinese are preferred. Job description
  • Location: Toa Payoh
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Benefits: Group insurance coverage, dental benefits and 2x bonus, birthday leave

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion employee welfare by serving as the first point of contact for staff queries, concerns and feedback, and follow through to resolution.
  • Plan and coordinate staff welfare initiatives and engagement activities to build a supportive and inclusive workplace.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, with a strong focus on employee experience and well‑being.
  • Manage job postings, screen resumes and coordinate/conduct interviews to support manpower needs.
  • Collect, track and analyse HR metrics and reports to support management decisions.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
  • Support and monitor performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback discussions.
  • Undertake any other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in the ComCare and/or healthcare sector will be an advantage.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders
