VDL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle in Singapore.

You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The role requires handling high-volume recruitment, understanding Fair Employment Practices, and familiarity with Workable ATS.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
• Experience in handling high-volume recruitment is preferred.
• Strong capability in managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
• Good understanding of Fair Employment Practices, ensuring recruitment activities are conducted objectively, fairly, and in compliance with local guidelines.
• Knowledge on ATS (Workable) will be advantage.
• Hands‑on experience or working knowledge in work pass applications and administration.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring compliance, quality of hire, and timely delivery.
