Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development, and to shape our Learning & Development strategy.

You will optimize Recruitment Technology (ATS), ensuring seamless workflows and data integrity, while providing operational support for strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant field.
• 3-5 years of working experience in HR operation and recruitment functions.
• Experience in any applicants tracking system will be an added advantage.

• Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Development: Strategically manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on securing top-tier talent through specialized fresh graduate programs and enriching internship experiences, while continuously refining processes for maximized efficiency.
• Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy: Design, execute, and evaluate targeted employee training and development initiatives that measurably enhance skills, drive performance, and support career growth across the organization.
• Recruitment Technology Optimization (ATS): Lead the implementation, governance, and continuous optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure seamless recruitment workflows, data integrity, and a best-in-class candidate journey.
• Strategic HR Project Management: Provide essential operational and administrative support to advance key HR initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
