Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, build a strong talent pipeline, coordinate interviews, conduct initial assessments, and keep accurate ATS records. A diploma or degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field with prior recruitment experience is preferred.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.


• Coordinate interviews and follow up on feedback to ensure a smooth recruitment process.


• Manage candidate communication, expectations and salary discussions throughout the hiring journey.


• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).


• Support employee referral initiatives, reference checks and pre-employment arrangements.


• Assist with recruitment reporting and other HR-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.


• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a related field.
