Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore is expanding its team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Singapore market. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews, while ensuring timely feedback and strong candidate communication.

You will maintain recruitment records, support employer branding, and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies. Knowledge of Workable and Excel is preferred for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
• Experience in handling high-volume recruitment in a corporate HR environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Practices and local guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with work pass applications and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with quality and timely delivery.
• Meticulous about details.
• Familiarity with ATS (Workable) is advantageous.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and onboard top talent that meets the organizational needs. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, as well as managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements
