About Our Client

It is an international non-profit organization focused on driving climate action and supporting initiatives.

Job Description
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and prepare and file HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits coordination, including onboarding, staff changes, and leavers.
  • Track attendance, leave, and update data in system.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems and respond to candidate queries.
  • Coordinate visa and pass applications and renewals.
  • Assist with relocation logistics such as flights, accommodation, and settling-in arrangements.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements and assist in reporting and monitoring HR KPIs.
  • Coordinate data collection for annual HR activities, including performance appraisals and policy acknowledgements.
  • Provide support for staff training sessions, meetings, and workshops as required.
  • Involved in ad-hoc HR duties.
The Successful Applicant
  • Has 3 years of HR generalist experience in similar industries, such as non-profit, NGO, or public interest organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, HR practices, and business operations.
  • Excellent business acumen, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficient in ATS, HRIS and MS Office tools
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
