Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, arranging interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials under the guidance of the HR Executive or HR Manager.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in offboarding procedures, such as collecting company assets and preparing exit forms.
- Prepare and submit work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP) in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is properly filed and updated.
- Provide general HR support to employees by responding to queries and assisting with the interpretation of HR policies.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as preparing letters, updating trackers and supporting internal HR processes.
- Assist in HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement activities, audits or internal reports.
Qualification Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Employment Act, Singapore employment laws and HR practices in market.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- 1- 2 years of experience in Human Resource.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office; Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills, proficiency in written and verbal English.
