Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of Human Resources experience, including Talent Acquisition.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn, Business World, and recruitment software such as Taleo.
  • Self-starter, organized, good time-management abilities.
  • Collaborative, team player comfortable working across teams and boundaries.
  • Solid written and spoken communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, with problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the talent acquisition process, including job postings and candidate shortlisting.
  • Manages administrative processes linked to recruitment and compliance.
  • Develop onboarding processes and conduct New Employee Orientation.
  • Coordinate HR support and benefits for employees.
  • Assist in procurement, asset management, and IT setup for new hires.
