Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead HR initiatives and drive key people strategies. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, with a solid grasp of Singapore labour laws. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR & Admin Manager to partner closely with business leaders and drive key people initiatives. This role is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support — including talent acquisition, performance management, employee retention, and HR operations — while also ensuring smooth office administration and a safe, comfortable working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, manage onboarding, and support employee development.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, including stay interviews and action planning.
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and appeals.
  • Oversee HR operations (onboarding, transitions, exits) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with government and external vendors on HR and employment matters.
  • Manage office administration, including budget planning, facility management, vendor negotiations, and office services.
  • Ensure workplace safety, comfort, and efficiency for all employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with exposure to multiple HR sub-functions.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore labour laws, HR policies, and market trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Hands‑on, resourceful, and able to work under pressure with high confidentiality.

  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Basic Salary: S$5,800 or Above + Bonuses
