Join our client, one of Singapore’s rapidly expanding ambulance and healthcare operators, and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce as we scale nationwide.
We are looking for an energeticHR Managerwith solid HR fundamentals, and proven mass recruitment experience.
You will support our ambulance operations and work closely with both theBusiness Unit General ManagerandGroup HR Director, ensuring full alignment with Group HR policies and standards.
You will also lead and mentor our HR Assistant Manager while collaborating with Group HR to drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, payroll review, and HR governance.
Lead and execute large-scale recruitment across multiple job families
Build strong sourcing channels (portals, agencies, communities, social media)
Track weekly hiring KPIs and dashboards
Review monthly payroll inputs, OT, incentives, allowances
Support C&B structure reviews (AWS, bonuses, referrals, allowances)
Ensure compliance with EA, MOM guidelines and internal HR governance
Ensure full alignment to Group HR frameworks and governance
Recommend improvements and harmonisation of policies
Maintain HR governance, documentation, and audit readiness
Produce monthly HR analyses (hiring gaps, turnover, OT trend, MC/leave usage, etc.)
Present insights to support management decisions
Assist in manpower budgeting and modelling for expansion
Provide advisory on investigations, counselling, and disciplinary processes
Ensure consistent policy application
Support leaders in building a positive and professional work culture
Degree in HR, Business or related fields
4–6 years HR experience, with strong exposure tomass hiring & ramp-up
Skilled in full-cycle recruitment, payroll review, HR operations, and HR discipline
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop HR dashboards
Experience hiring frontline healthcare roles is a plus
IHRP Certification preferred
Immediate availability is a major advantage
