Job brief
  • We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who operates at a strategic level and acts as a true partner to the CEO.
  • This role goes beyond traditional HR functions; it is about shaping the people strategy to align with company goals, creating an engaging culture, and driving to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
  • You have a strong understanding of business strategy and demonstrate the ability to translate it into people strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for and contribute to making the company a better place to work.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and motivation programs that foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
  • Build and maintain a culture of open communication, recognition, and continuous feedback.
  • Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and employer branding.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of people programs.
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or other HR position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • BSc / BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
  • HR Credentials.
