- We are looking for a skilled HR Manager who operates at a strategic level and acts as a true partner to the CEO.
- This role goes beyond traditional HR functions; it is about shaping the people strategy to align with company goals, creating an engaging culture, and driving to recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
- You have a strong understanding of business strategy and demonstrate the ability to translate it into people strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for and contribute to making the company a better place to work.
- Design and implement employee engagement and motivation programs that foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, and performance management frameworks.
- Build and maintain a culture of open communication, recognition, and continuous feedback.
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and employer branding.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of people programs.
- Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- BSc / BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.
- HR Credentials.
