About the role

China Communications Constructions Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in the West Region. This is a full-time opportunity where you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our human resources strategy. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and people management for our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices that align with the company's objectives and foster a positive, engaged workforce.
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to managers and leadership team on people-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
