Job description

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a positive workplace culture, driving HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while supporting business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
  • Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and drive effective talent acquisition.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll, HR budgets, and reporting as required.
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements and digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
