Job summary

A reputable human resources firm in Singapore is looking for a Head of HR to lead their HR team, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Ability to create, present and execute ideas, reports, and budgets.
• Ability to monitor performance and identify productivity opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team for high performance.
• Manage employee relations matters as the main contact.
• Provide advisories on employment issues and compliance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High degree of integrity and discipline

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Education
