Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
• Hands-on experience setting up HR processes for a new entity or start-up.
• Independent, hands-on, and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage the full HR spectrum including recruitment and onboarding.
• Support organizational development planning as the company scales.
