Job description

This position reports to the Head of Group HR Governance & Tripartite Relations and interfaces with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Group Compliance and other internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
  1. Data Management
    • Collect, cleanse, and validate data submissions from Group and subsidiaries.
    • Support data migration activities into the HR Management System, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Governance Oversight
    • Conduct governance sweeps of Close Monitoring cases, ensuring timely reviews and precise record updates.
  3. Analysis & Recommendations
    • Assist in performing gap analyses and drafting actionable recommendations to strengthen governance processes.
  4. Audit & Regulatory Compliance
    • Coordinate internal and external audit requests, as well as regulator information requests.
    • Collate, verify, and submit required information and artefacts within tight timelines.
  5. Operational Support including:
    • Handling investigator requests and reference checks.
    • Facilitating union engagements.
    • Consolidating and reporting monthly data.
  6. Projects & Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to projects such as system enhancements, guideline reviews, automation of governance processes, and policy updates.
    • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
