• Manage Hiring:Handle the end-to-end local & overseas recruitment placement process from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and job offers.
• Source Talent:Proactively find active and passive candidates using job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
• Partner with Managers:Meet with department heads to understand job requirements, team goals, and hiring timelines.
• Promote Employer Brand:Help market the company as a great place to work through career events, social media, and positive candidate experiences.
• Track Metrics:Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and recruitment data
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Communication:Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to talk with job seekers and internal leaders.
