Job summary

CLARITY E&C PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end local and overseas placement, from job posting to offers, in a fast-paced environment.

You will source talent, partner with department heads, promote the employer brand, and track hiring metrics using ATS to optimize time-to-fill and candidate experience. This role requires 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, with compliance to local labor laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to talk with job seekers and internal leaders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple job openings and manage a fast-paced workload.
• Familiarity with local labor laws, hiring practices, and recruitment technology/databases
