Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Recruitment Assistant to join our expanding team in Singapore. You will help interpret job descriptions, post openings on portals, and source candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.

You’ll screen applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews to keep the hiring process moving smoothly. You will maintain candidate records, coordinate interview logistics, and support onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (training will be provided).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
