Fuku in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) to lead end-to-end hiring. You will shape our recruitment strategy and work directly with hiring managers to bring in the people who help the business grow.

You’ll manage sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding, ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and maintaining the ATS. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple vacancies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software

Responsabilités

• Plan and run recruitment strategies to attract talent for our business needs
• Manage full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements
• Source through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain our ATS and candidate database accurately
• Share regular recruitment updates and metrics with stakeholders
• Ensure hiring complies with Singapore employment laws and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to grow our talent pipeline

What you’ll do

• Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements
• Source through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Schedule interviews smoothly between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep our ATS and candidate database accurate and up to date
• Share regular recruitment updates and metrics with stakeholders
• Make sure hiring follows Singapore employment laws and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to grow our talent pipeline

What we’re looking for

• Strong recruitment skills and a solid grasp of recruitment best practice (most important)
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Comfortable using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities
• Works well independently and in a team
