Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) in Singapore to lead end-to-end hiring. You will shape recruitment strategy, work with hiring managers, and build a robust talent pipeline to support business growth.

You will manage sourcing, interviews and onboarding while ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and company policies. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with ATS or recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Manage full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower needs and job requirements.
• Source through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accuracy of ATS and candidate database.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure hiring complies with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.

We're looking for an HR Executive (Recruitment) to lead our end-to-end hiring. You'll shape our recruitment strategy, work directly with hiring managers, and bring in the people who help the business grow.

What you'll do

• Plan and run recruitment strategies to attract the right talent for our business needs
• Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements
• Source through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Schedule interviews smoothly between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep our ATS and candidate database accurate and up to date
• Share regular recruitment updates and metrics with stakeholders
• Make sure hiring follows Singapore employment laws and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to grow our talent pipeline

What we're looking for

• Strong recruitment skills and a solid grasp of recruitment best practice (most important)
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Comfortable using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities
• Works well independently and in a team
