Job summary

FUKU AI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive (Recruitment) to drive end-to-end hiring and shape our recruitment strategy. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements and source talent across multiple channels.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while maintaining the ATS and ensuring adherence to Singapore employment laws and policies. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Comfortable using recruitment software and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run recruitment strategies to attract the right talent for our business needs
• Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements
• Source through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
• Schedule interviews smoothly between candidates and hiring managers
• Keep our ATS and candidate database accurate and up to date
• Share regular recruitment updates and metrics with stakeholders
• Make sure hiring follows Singapore employment laws and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to grow our talent pipeline

What we're looking for

• Strong recruitment skills and a solid grasp of recruitment best practice (most important)
• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
• Comfortable using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities
• Works well independently and in a team
