Job summary

pancare medical clinic pte. ltd. is seeking an HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and support payroll activities on site in Singapore. You will collaborate with managers, source candidates across channels, and ensure timely processing of documentation and contracts.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with the team in a fast-paced medical staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Manage interview coordination for direct and agency candidates.
• Support recruitment activities with the team.
• Liaise with hiring managers on interview availability.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, referrals.
• Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of recruiting processes.
• Prepare employment contracts and liaise for required documents.
• Process timesheets.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by HR Manager.

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection


• Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates


• Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities


• Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews


• Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals


• Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews


• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the recruiting process.


• Prepare employment contracts and liaise with candidates for the documents needed (when required).


• Process timesheets


• Process monthly payroll in accurate and timely manner


• Any ad-hoc duty assigned by HR Manager with related to HR matters

Job Requirements:
