Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection.
• Coordinate interviews for direct and agency candidates.
• Collaborate with team to support recruitment activities.
• Liaise with hiring managers on interview availability.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
• Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews.
• Maintain confidentiality across the recruitment process.
• Prepare employment contracts and required documents.
• Process timesheets.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Handle ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by HR Manager.

Job Description:

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection


• Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates


• Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities


• Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews


• Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals


• Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews


• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the recruiting process.


• Prepare employment contracts and liaise with candidates for the documents needed (when required).


• Process timesheets


• Process monthly payroll in accurate and timely manner


• Any ad-hoc duty assigned by HR Manager with related to HR matters

• Possess at least 2-3 years of work-related experience
