As a HR Executive (Payroll), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee the processing of monthly payroll and overtime, ensuring precision, timeliness, and adherence to statutory regulations (e.g., CPF, IRAS).
- Generate payroll reports, perform reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and provide necessary data to relevant stakeholders.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with payroll audits and coordinate with auditors as needed.
- Manage government-related submissions, surveys, claims, and grants, such as WICA filings, PHOIL crediting, and eClaims reimbursements.
- Regularly review and optimize payroll procedures and SOPs to improve efficiency and reinforce internal controls.
- Collaborate with the payroll system vendor for updates, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Provide support across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR operations.
- Prepare HR reports, conduct data analysis, and handle ad-hoc submissions for management.
- Contribute to HR projects, process enhancements, and the implementation of policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive employee experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
