Position Details
  • Position : HR Executive (Operations/Recruitment/Payroll) – Up to $4,700 + Bonus | WEST
  • Location : West - Tuas (Company Transport at Jurong East, Boon Lay, Hougang & Bedok MRT)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,700 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Manufacturing
Main Responsibilities
  • Support full-spectrum HR operations: recruitment/selection, headcount reporting, payroll admin, C&B, leave admin, L&D coordination, HR policies/procedures
  • Handle payroll + statutory deductions; ensure timely statutory submissions and compliance with labour laws
  • Manage recruitment end-to-end: channels, screening, interviews, remuneration proposals
  • Manage employee lifecycle/relations: onboarding, employee matters, exit clearance
  • Maintain employee records/master database and HR documentation; support performance review
  • Coordinate training needs/training activities and organise employee engagement activities
  • Support day-to-day admin operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/Psychology/Economics or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and tight deadline.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (liaise with China stakeholders).
