Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive (Education) to manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and maintain records to ensure smooth hiring processes.

The role includes onboarding activities, HRIS updates, orientation, and 30/90-day check-ins, with offboarding, payroll coordination, and asset clearance as part of comprehensive HR support.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Prior working experience in HR will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and conduct reference checks.
• Arrange pre-employment medicals and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Handle onboarding process, including preparation of employment documents.
• Ensure all documents are completed and updated in HRIS.
• Conduct orientation and manage 30/90-day check-ins and reports.
• Manage offboarding process, including resignation acceptance and final documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on payroll and system access removal.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports.
• Ensure proper clearance and return of company assets.
• Assist in organising staff events when required.
