Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment advertising and screening to onboarding and performance management. You will oversee payroll processing, CPF contributions, tax filings, and benefits, maintain audit-ready personnel files, and advise on employee relations while ensuring compliance with Singapore legislation.

The role requires a degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of HR experience; strong communication

• 2-3 years of working experience in HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the full-cycle recruitment process from drafting ads to onboarding new hires.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, CPF contributions and IRAS tax filings, plus benefits and attendance records.
• Standardize and maintain audit-ready HR records and documentation.
• Support performance management frameworks and coordinate professional development programs.
• Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary protocols.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, industrial agreements and WSH regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and HR-centric solutions.
• Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support.

Job description

• Direct the full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting compelling job advertisements and screening talent to facilitating interviews and managing the seamless integration of new hires through onboarding.
• Oversee the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including CPF contributions and IRAS tax filings, while managing employee benefits, leave entitlements, and attendance records through HR software.
• Standardize and maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation, ensuring all personnel files and internal reports are accurate and audit-ready.
• Support the execution of performance management frameworks and assist in identifying and coordinating professional development programs to enhance staff capabilities.
• Serve as a primary advisor on employee relations, offering professional guidance on conflict resolution, mediation, and the management of disciplinary protocols.
• Maintain strict organizational compliance with local employment legislation, industrial collective agreements, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Partner with department heads to develop proactive manpower plans and provide HR-centric solutions to address specific operational concerns.
• Manage daily office operations, providing essential administrative support and overseeing the inventory and procurement of office supplies.
