Job summary

The role covers full-cycle recruitment, onboarding documentation, and maintaining personnel records to ensure smooth talent integration. You will also coordinate migrant worker dormitory arrangements, manage pass applications and medical appointments, and assist in employee engagement and event planning, collaborating with site admins and stakeholders to keep HR

• Managed full-cycle recruitment activities, including job advertisements, agency coordination, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding processes
• Prepared and maintained employee records, onboarding documents, and HR administrative paperwork
• Coordinated migrant worker dormitory arrangements, fee administration, room allocation, transfers, home leave, and repatriation processes
• Managed dormitory lease matters, including renewals, expirations, and rental coordination
• Supported PCP subscriptions, Annual Health Screening exercises, medical appointments, and vaccination arrangements for staff and workers
• Handled Employment Pass, S Pass, and Work Permit applications, renewals, medical examinations, and security bond processing
• Assisted in organizing company events, wellness programs, team-building activities, career fairs, and year-end events
• Worked closely with project site admins and internal stakeholders to support daily HR operations and employee-related matters
