• Handle HR generalist functions not limit to recruitment, work pass application, on/off boarding.
• Work with the Finance and Management teams to track grant payments and claims.
• Help with other HR tasks like recruitment paperwork, staff onboarding, or audits when needed.
• Make sure HR records are always updated and follow MOM and audit guidelines.
• Support HR projects or process improvements related to grants and staff matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Careful, accurate, and good with details.
• Good communication and people skills.
