Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, post ads, liaise with agencies, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Prepare and maintain new hire documentation, offers, and onboarding checklists.
• Handle payroll processing, monthly data, salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Manage workers' pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate staff training, identify needs, schedule courses, and maintain training records.

Education

Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration/other relevant disciplines.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, liaising with employment agencies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires, and prepare and maintain new hire documentation, including offer letters, personal files, onboarding checklists, and other related forms.
• Handle payroll processing, including preparing and verifying monthly payroll data, calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle workers’ pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters, ensuring all applications and documentation are submitted accurately and within the required timelines.
• Coordinate staff training and course arrangements, including identifying training needs, liaising with training providers, scheduling courses, registering employees, and maintaining training records to ensure timely completion of required training programs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration/other relevant disciplines.
