Job summary

RS RECRUITMENT AGENCY LLP is seeking an HR professional in Singapore to manage the full recruitment cycle and handle MOM work pass matters. You will maintain HRIS records, coordinate appraisals and training, and assist with policy development. The role includes ensuring worker welfare and addressing concerns at workplaces.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in construction HR, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM work pass requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, offering, and new hire onboarding.
• Responsible for work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
• Maintain and update HR information systems to ensure accurate employee records.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations counselling, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes.
• Drive employee engagement activities, including company events and team-building activities.
• Prepare documentation for ISO audits, GGBS, and other business certification renewals.
• Visits to workers’ dormitories to address employees’ concerns, provide support, and ensure their welfare and living conditions are well maintained.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
