Job Responsibilities

• Partner with HODs/Team Leads on end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, salary proposals, onboarding/offboarding)
• Support recruitment branding via outreach and drives to build talent pipelines
• Handle employee relations: grievances, disciplinary, PIPs, engagement matters
• Advise on HR policies and procedures to enhance communication & performance
• Facilitate and take minutes at staff engagement sessions
• Manage work pass applications/renewals for foreign hires
• Assist with performance management reviews
• Participate in HRIS implementation/testing
• Support HR projects, surveys, and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
• Min. 2–3 years’ HR Business Partnering experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, resourceful, and self-driven with good time management
