Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee full recruitment process (sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination)
  • Manage new hire onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews
  • Handle employee relations (enquiries, grievances, disciplinary issues, conflict resolution)
  • Design, update, and implement HR policies/procedures, compliant with Singapore’s Employment Act
  • Manage expense reports and claims
  • Support performance appraisals
  • Handle full payroll process (tabulation, consolidation, report preparation)
  • Draft and refine employment contracts
  • Maintain accurate employee records and efficient filing systems (physical/digital)
  • Advise and address employee enquiries on payroll, attendance, leave, claims, benefits, and contracts
  • Report to Head of School and assist with other required matters
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
  • Self-starter with strong responsibility and ownership
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • High integrity, able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
