Job Responsibilities
Build effective relationships across all organization levels, providing guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
Develop and inspire internal HR capabilities.
Lead organizational development and transformation efforts, including change management and team building.
Drive annual performance and compensation reviews.
Lead in workforce and talent succession planning with senior business leaders.
Job Requirements
At least 12 years of HR Business Partnering experience
Proven success in implementing strategic HR projects and operations.
At least 4 years of leadership experience.
Strong business acumen with experience in driving organization development efforts.
