Frazer Jones are privileged to be partnering exclusively with a leading global financial services group to appoint a HR Business Partner Lead (Director level) based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Head of HR Business Partnering, this individual will play a key role in shaping and leading the people strategy and people priorities for their respective front office business areas, partnering directly with the global and regional leadership team to ensure the people projects and processes as well as HR advisory are delivered in country and consistently across the region.

The group operates within a fast-paced global matrix structure, and as a result, this individual will be comfortable, leading the people strategy for the SEA region, partnering with global HR COE’s in HQ and the region, aligning from a “one global business” and “one global HR team” perspective. This individual must be comfortable influencing Heads of HR and / or BP Leads in country. A core focus of the role will be to embed global HR priorities across the SEA region, leading projects around; culture change, performance and leadership succession planning.

The ideal candidate will have a track record operating as a HR Business Partner Lead / Director in global high growth and change complex matrix financial services organisations supporting front office client groups directly. The individual will have proven expertise partnering global and regional leadership directly, leading teams within a matrix environment, across a number of regulated APAC markets in a strategic and hands on role.
