Job description

This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR generalist guidance, coaching, and support to leaders and employees. Acting as a key HR contact, the position oversees a broad range of human resources activities across assigned portfolios and functional teams, with particular emphasis on performance management, compliance, and core HR operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Senior HR Manager in the planning and execution of people strategies that align with evolving business needs.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, deployment, performance management, organizational change, employee relations and engagement, employee experience, labor relations, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Contribute to the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and onboarding activities.
  • Advise and support operational leaders in achieving organizational goals through effective people management practices.
  • Maintain workforce data and prepare manpower reports and analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in HR policies and practices.
  • Track and monitor workforce-related budgets.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
  • 7 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist role
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, lawful employment practices, and compliance requirements
  • Background in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar environments is an advantage
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring HR programs, policies, and process improvements
  • Broad exposure to HR disciplines including employment law, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
