HR Business Partner Frazer Jones•Singapur

Frazer Jones is pleased to be working with a globally respected organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner based in Singapore. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to lead the local people agenda while aligning closely with broader global HR strategies.

As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and teams to deliver initiatives that enhance talent attraction, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in organisational design and workforce planning, ensuring roles are clearly defined and aligned with evolving business needs. The role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, while managing talent development and succession planning to build a future-ready workforce.

You will lead performance management and employee engagement efforts, providing guidance to managers on building high-performing teams and addressing behavioural or performance challenges. The role will also champion diversity and inclusion, and drive recognition initiatives that celebrate success across the business.

You will support the creation and execution of development plans, and manage the delivery of local training programs aligned with capability needs. You will also oversee compensation and benefits matters in partnership with Centres of Excellence, ensuring fair and competitive packages, and managing the annual salary review and bonus cycles.

The ideal candidate will bring at least ten years of HR experience, with strong expertise across generalist functions and a proven track record in multinational, matrix organisations. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. Proficiency in data reporting and analytics, particularly with Microsoft Excel and ideally Power BI, is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are key, along with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, role model, and problem solver in dynamic environments.
