You will be responsible for assisting with HR processes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day back-office operations while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance logs.
Support payroll processing, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
Coordinate internal communications, HR announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle queries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Prepare reports, presentations, and HR metrics as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures.
Assist in back-office functions such as data entry, document management, and process optimization.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and payroll systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, back‑office operations, or related fields.
