Job summary

TX CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to support the HR team in day-to-day operations.

You will handle employee records, attendance, contracts, pass renewals, and payroll assistance, requiring attention to detail and knowledge of Employment Act.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an HR Admin Assistant or relevant human resources position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in day-to-day operations
• Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and P-files (physical copies and E-filing)
• Monitor and update employees' attendance and leave record
• Prepare Employment Contract, confirmation/termination/employment letters and any other necessary correspondences
• Work pass application & renewal
• Assist in payroll when necessary
• Carry out any other duties as assigned
