Responsibilities
- Assist in daily HR operations, including responding to staff queries on leave, claims, benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including document preparation, system access requests, and first‑day arrangements to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, ensuring information is accurate, organised, and kept up to date.
- Support the preparation of training materials, e‑learning resources, and administrative tasks for learning and development activities.
- Assist in employee benefits and welfare administration, including leave‑related documentation, wellness initiatives, and general benefits support.
- Collaborate on HR budgeting and records management.
- Assist with PDPA‑related document updates and compliance housekeeping.
- Plan and coordinate employee activities and wellness programmes, including staff events and engagement initiatives.
- Provide backup support for routine HR functions to ensure continuity in operations.
- Liaise with building management and external vendors on office maintenance, repairs, services, and workplace support matters.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and small equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper record‑keeping.
- Coordinate servicing and upkeep of office equipment and consumables, including printers, pantry machines, office plants, and fire safety equipment.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including document preparation, scheduling, follow‑ups, and content creation.
- Support procurement coordination, including requesting quotations, preparing documentation, and coordinating vendor arrangements.
- Create and update content on the company’s SharePoint intranet, including announcements, information pages, and digital resources.
- Participate in and perform any other duties assigned to support HR and workplace operations.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HRM or related disciplines.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience preferred (Candidates with no experience but with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in MS Office.
