Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to manage onboarding and offboarding processes, provide HR advisory services, and handle employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in HR, knowledge of relevant acts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-boarding / off-boarding process for those managers that you are supporting
  • Provide HR advisory services and main point of contact for managers and employees for enquiries
  • Manage employee relations including grievances and disciplinary issues
  • Execute monthly Salary adjustment, computing of temp staff salary pay out and verifying of manual claims submission, etc.
  • Process and cancel of work pass application through EPOnline and WPOnline system
  • Prepare employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters
  • Maintain accurate HR database and update employee records in the HRMS and P-files
  • Assist with monthly HR reports
  • Provide administrative support
  • Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPA Act and IRAS
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant certifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision, yet capable in completing tasks assigned within the team environment
  • Good interpersonal and team skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge in Prosoft HRMS preferred
  • Fresh Graduate may apply
