Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle overall HR and administrative daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, and employee records maintenance;

  • Manage attendance, payroll data, social security, and housing fund matters, ensuring compliance and timely updates;

  • Assist in organizing performance appraisal, employee training, and corporate culture activities to enhance team engagement and organizational effectiveness;

  • Oversee office environment and general administrative affairs such as office supplies, fixed assets, contracts, and company seals;

  • Coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements, providing logistical and administrative support;

  • Manage company licenses and external liaison tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;

  • Perform other comprehensive tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth company operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines;

  • 3 years of relevant experience and above, familiar with HR and administrative procedures;

  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and related regulations, able to independently handle routine HR matters;

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong communication, coordination, and service skills;

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems or administrative management is a plus.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English so that can liaise with Chinese counterparties.
