Job summary

A Singapore-based logistics company is seeking an HR professional to oversee operations and employee lifecycle management. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with knowledge of Singapore employment laws. This position offers 5-day work week with Flexible Work Arrangement and is initially based in Lavender before relocating to the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR, Admin, and Payroll experience.
• Familiar with Singapore employment legislation, including the Employment Act and CPF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Maintain, update, and ensure completeness of all HR records.
• Handle all work pass matters for foreign employees.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Assist in performance appraisal processes.
